Rakata don't simply provide basic hosting then walk away - there are many who will and that is all good and well - we however only provide a serivce where we are adding real value.  We will install Joomla, then manage it for you, monitor bandwidth, space availability, server issues and many others things. We are also on the end of the phone should you have a Joomla question or a plugin not install properly when everything says it should (we have been there as well) and you just want someone to fix it!
